About the MSFPOA
Founded in 1966, the primary purpose of our volunteer-operated Property Owners Association is to provide a legal entity for the transaction of all pleasure, recreation, and other non-profitable purposes for the Members within the Mount Shasta Forest subdivision of Siskiyou County.

2026 Annual Dues:

1st installment in past due. 2nd installment is due 4/01/2026.

2026 Annual dues have been billed in 2 installments. The 1st installment is has been past due since February 15th. The second installment became due 4/01/2026 and will be considered late if not received prior to 5/16/2026. To avoid late fees please ensure that timely payments are made. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the office.

Our Location
We are on the outskirts of McCloud California. Our 3½ square mile subdivision is situated within the Shasta-Trinity National Forest just southeast of Mount Shasta. For directions, please view this page.
